Our one-on-one private sessions will help you increase your active range of motion, muscle strength, balance, flexibility, postural re-education, and coordination using functional exercise, resistance, flexibility, and circuit-style exercises specifically designed to meet your needs. I provide in-home wellness sessions in Connecticut's Fairfield County.
According to the CDC 1 in every 4 older adults falls each year. At Better Now Wellness, we help older adults assess their fall risk and design individualized plans for their needs. As an Otago exercise specialist, I provide a variety of exercises to do at home to help older adults remain stronger for longer.

Are you having balance issues at home? or are you afraid of going outside because you are scared of falling? If the answer is yes, I want to help you to feel safe and be able to enjoy a morning walk.
Through careful analysis of your mobility, strength, and balance, I will identify the areas you need to improve to decrease your risk of falls. As an Otago-certified trained provider, I can help you to improve your balance and quality of life.

Better Now and Wellness provides home safety assessments to make sure your home is safe and further reduces the risk of falls.
On our first visit, we will discuss your personal goals and what you wish to achieve with the program.
Based on your goals we will create an individualized program that tailors your needs.
Sessions are usually one-hour duration from the comfort of your home.
